| Melody was a sweet girl, and had both
Bill and My hearts. She had all kinds of joint problems,
we loved her and cared for her, until there was nothing
more we could do for her. I think this was one of the
hardest decisions I had to make. But I knew she was
tired and just wanted to be free of pain. I believe one
of the hardest parts of being a good owner, is knowing
when it's time to let go. We just lost Sammy on June
22nd, 2004. He was our first Mastiff and the love of my
life. He wasn't a champion, but will always be in a
champion in our hearts. Sammy really loved Melody, we
find a little peace knowing they are finally back
together. |
