The War of Northern Aggression, or, as tawt latelie in publik skool: "Homeland Civil Democratization," saw slave owner Jefferson’s worst fears realized. Following which, the doorway to making permanent that centralized dictatorship, their ransom next demanded of our Confederate States in return for at least some semblance of the order that had existed prior to such looters invading and dispensing public offices to scalawags, carpetbaggers and illiterates with less grasp of republican government than themselves, was – as Bill Ivy informs us below – the unratified, the so-called Fourteenth Amendment.

Both quotes prophetic, both have been fulfilled. Does a solution to this usurpation exist? Yes! The "14th Amendment" sits on a foundation of fraud; it fails the mandated requirements of the U. S. Constitution’s Article V. Lawfully, the so-called 14th Amendment does not even exist. And all federal usurpations of power hinge upon that one "amendment." Being unlawfully ratified, its surgical removal is the cure-all for most of our present-day problems with government, regarding state and individual rights.

The coffee is now on the stove. Get a sniff of it, and then have a taste of truth, for the time has come when

The First Freedom has been conducting since April a study demonstrating that the "14th Amendment" failed to satisfy the amending process mandated by Article V of the U.S. Constitution, whereupon force was used against ten of our Southern States to fake its passage.

The so-called 14th Amendment brought a death blow to the American Republic established by our Founding Fathers. It is the point of departure. Under that travesty, we’ve endured an entirely altered structure of government, Federal and State levels having reversed their roles. The sovereign States no longer exist; federal government agents collect taxes from where they were, and, during obedient behavior, return some of that booty into those areas still bearing the same geographical names. But power now resides with America’s new kingship.

We, the people here joining together in a "vast, right-wing conspiracy" to recover what Washington, Jefferson and Franklin as our delegates penned over two hundred years ago, demand that the royalists then as now shall comply with the original intents of confederation. This moment is nothing new or "modern." We hold such truths as published by the Founding Fathers no less self-evident today, ours merely confirming the Revolution of 1776.

From such outrages as the income tax, gun control, loss of States’ Rights and our very individual liberties, to many others not mentioned, all of these battlegrounds upon which constitutionalists have fought for decades proving thus far unwinnable, all – again, all – hinge upon the specious passage of the 14th. Yet said "amendment" does have its Achilles heel: Article V of the U.S. Constitution.

We as constitutionalists, defenders of America’s true governmental Confederacy (see Article I, Articles of Confederation and the Tenth Amendment, U.S. Constitution), can continue battling its tentacles, or we engage a unified change of strategy and put a hole through that gelatinous "14th Amendment."

What the "silver bullet" constitutionalists have been searching for is the long overdue exposing of a really soft target. We must all hit as one this truth concerning the unlawful manner by which the "14th Amendment" was furtively grafted onto the Constitution, altering our confederation of governments into a national totalitarianism.

From constitutional organizations such as the League of the South and Sons of the Confederacy to We the People Foundation and all patriot groups in between, large and small, each of them should at this moment undertake a review of the unlawful "14th Amendment," making that a priority in their research. If, following a convention whereat agreeing in principle upon further study for some certain number of months and consulting with a good many scholars finding that its usurpation can only be seen as null and void, they should convene again and the several states then reassert their sovereignties by declaring it annulled.

Let us thereby remove from power those "separationists" who have often attempted, and as many times failed, since day one, in building their wall between ourselves and the God of our Fathers – the only source of redemption. Thus shall we migrate back on course, birds of a feather flocking together in sacred tradition: each state an example to all deserving others as to what serves not only the people’s interest, but that of their sometimes errant public servants as well.

Independents, groups and organizations! Get involved in this research, and affiliate yourselves with others joining together in such study. It’s now a matter of holding our hands to the bucket and bailing water endlessly, or restoring the Republic. Let us research and unite!

With the exception of those who think the U.S. Constitution a "living" document whose guidelines, in order to meet some know-it-all’s idea of a changing world, or "globalization," should be altered upon the whim of such ones rather than amendment by due process, the rest of us would rather – if given that option – stick with what the Framers intended to have set in stone. Those principles enunciated in America’s Declaration of Independence secured our sacred rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness: safe for having recognized and honored the Hand of God in what was undertaken.

Thus the Articles of Confederation, the U.S. Constitution and the Constitution of the Confederate States of America were each founded upon biblical principles. And here I will quote a word from God. Please take it to heart.

"My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge." – Hosea 4:6

The above scripture was between God and His people, but it’s also a good general rule for anyone on life’s road.

The Framers had sufficient reason for installing into the Constitution Article I, Section 3, clause one, now nullified by the "17th Amendment" of 1913. Similar Acts, Amendments and even Executive Orders have for the present nullified sundry other parts of that organic treaty.

Those in the Constitutionalist movement get inflamed over the truths they’ve learned in recent years, and now belong to many activist groups for various causes. Yet, with all that knowledge of the ills afflicting our U.S. Constitution, still flailing at tentacles few of them are targeting the head of such errata. Let us inform one and all as to the source of the myriad evils having befallen America, usurping the laws of the States, bypassing the Constitution. For, of them all, there’s not a more dastardly act – no, not one – having proven as damning to our true heritage as the "14th Amendment."

This misnomer was the overthrow of America’s established form of government – a Confederacy – and its replacement by a ruling, centralized, or national, regime.

People today gripe that it’s becoming a socialist nation. Folks, America is already there. All ten planks of the Communist Manifesto are in place and functioning. Karl Marx came out with his Communist Manifesto in 1848. Its fifth plank called for centralizing government power. The "14th Amendment" was that creation in America and look around you as to where we’ve arrived: even to the point that without a federally mandated social security number, our unalienable rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness are without your reach – a fact no less real than the nose on your face. States, now mere Colonies of the central government, reaffirm the powers of that politburo over your life by requiring licenses and permits, none of which can be obtained without first becoming a holder of an S.S.N., your number for privilege, not a right.

There can be no greater political cause today than making known far and wide the nullity of this fraud, publishing how and why it fails to meet the mandates outlined in Article V of the U.S. Constitution, and thereby bringing to reality the unification of all the various Constitutional activist groups. For each of the usurpations we’ve seen by government, without exception, springs from that one draconian atrocity. It alone has destroyed the Constitutional Republic of the United States of America. No sir, there be none greater. Here lies the head of an octopus out of which range its many usurping arms. And, even with the successful removal of one such tentacle – but who has witnessed that much? – the Beast lives on. Its power and life deriving from the head, as we have now learned by way of the above cited research, what all of us had long searched for, prayed often to find: the silver bullet is now a known.

The "14th Amendment" – "ratified" in stealth as part of a silent war to conquer the States including those up North – abducted the citizens of these once sovereign States and transmuted them into unconstitutional U.S. citizens, placing all under jurisdiction of the Federal Congress. A satellite "15th Amendment" followed, granting suffrage (the right to vote) to that new citizenship. With this so-called 14th Amendment the fraud that it is, such a federal citizenship is nonexistent; thus the "15th" and elections that followed, all the resolutions, acts and amendments proffered by those "elected officials," not to overlook other appointed positions as to the courts, are not only null and void but were unlawful from the start.

So here is the power at our behest, as Constitutionalists seeking Constitutional restoration. Figuratively speaking – for we want no Lincolnian bloodshed – the silver bullet is now in your hand. Lock and load! And publish it repeatedly for all to know: "The ‘14th Amendment’ is a fraud, and there are no statutes of limitations on fraud."

The "14th" can be viewed as a fence. To one side rests the American Republic, a Confederation of sovereign States, a system of government established under biblical principles in which liberty prevails. On the other side (where we find ourselves today) rage the powers of nationalism, democracy, humanism (without God), centralization and economic slavery. This imbroglio that suffers so much evil to enter its institutions but denies God – shouldn’t expect simply chanting "God Bless America" to bring fast relief. However, as Pastor John Cripps has noted, "Prayers and action can turn the world upside down." Let’s get ourselves over to the other side of that fence, then, and hope again to deserve God’s attention.
