What do you do with those fish after the Captain cleans them?

I've got some receipes that I would like to share with you. I'll rotate the receipes so check back from time to time and see what's here. If you have any receipes that you would like to share, e-mail them to me and I'll be happy to post them.

An Oriental Marinade for 2 pounds of fish.
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 talbespoons catsup
2 tablespoons minced parsley
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 cup oragne or grapefruit juice
1/2 teaspoon oregano
Garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste
Combine and marinate for at least 30 minutes (overnight is even better).
Bake or grill until fish is white and flakes apart.
Umm good. Hope you enjoy it.
