This day comes the Complainant by her next friend, John Blan, andthrough her Solicitor moves the Registrar for an order of publicationas to the heirs at Law of the dec'd, children of said Joseph JonesSr., That they may be made parties Respondents to a Bill on file inthe office of said Registrar, the Prayer of which is set aside a deedof Trust marked Exhibit A, a copy of which is attached to said Bill,are each and all unknown to affiant, that he does not know them, theirnames, ages or places of residence.
It is therefore ordered by the Registrar that a copy of this order bepublished in Independent American, a newspaper published in the townof Troy, in said Chancery District, once a week foe 4 consecutiveweeks, requiring said heirs at Law aforesaid, to answer, demur to, orotherwise defend the Bill of Complaint, by the 1st day of July next.
